RATES

  • Rates are ONLY quoted in US Dollars
  • Rates are inclusive of VAT and Government Taxes

 

RATE VARIATION
The rates issued here are subject to change with a very short notice especially in an event of an increase or decrease in the government's taxes or levies and any other unpreventable incident affecting the rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For bookings reduced in numbers or in length of stay or fully cancelled between 30 and 15 days from the date of arrival, -50% of the applicable rate per person will be charged.
  • -For bookings reduced in numbers or length of stay or fully cancelled between 14 and 7 days before the date of arrival, -75% of the applicable rate per person will be charged.
  • -For bookings reduced in numbers or length of stay or fully cancelled within 6 days from the date of arrival and for all "No Show" guests, 100% of the applicable rate per person will be charged.

NOTE: Cancellation is only effective upon receipt of written notification.

PAYMENT / CREDIT FACILITY TERMS AND AGREEMENT INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Shall be issued soon after the booking confirmation followed by nonrefundable 20% deposit payment to guarantee the reservation while the remaining 80% balance payment to be paid 30days before the arrival of the guests
 
If the payment is done directly into our account then you will be liable to acknowledge us by sending the banking slip/remittance advice for our reference and receipt issuing. Failure to adhere on this payment policy will lead to extra 2% penalty charges of the total invoice amount after every 15 days of the delay
EXCHANGE RATE
Native tours reserves the right to change the exchange rate based on the current B.O.T market rate.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The Agent confirms that the above contract, rates, terms and conditions are strictly confidential and that no portion of this agreement may be divulged to any third party. Native tours Company Limited will consider any default or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement as a breach of contract and therefore make this contract null and void.
